...Lots of stuff!
Go grab a snack and a beverage, Today's post will not be a short one.
First off, I have been horrible at the Project 365. I have lots of pictures taken, but none of them past week two put into a template. That is why you aren't seeing them...LOL
Aria's toe is FINALLY looking MUCH better! We tried the antifungal cream for one day, after listening to Aria scream like we were killing her I decided we had to try something else. So i put my handy google skills to use and discovered that Gentian Violet(commonly heard of among moms to treat thrush) will kill fungus. So I promptly sat her in the bathroom and painted her feet purple. I don't mean like a pale purple, we are talking BRIGHT Barney purple. Within just 24 hours, her feet already seemed much better. The dead dried skin was falling off and her skin was healing, no more cracking and bleeding. And more importantly no more screaming when we put the medicine on her feet.
My poor husband is currently hurting pretty bad. Cora, who is normally such a sweet little girl, decided yesterday morning to headbutt Dave when she was mad. Within the hour, he already had a horrible black eye and its just gotten worse since then.
We got our tax check last Friday. I had our tax money budgeted down to the penny. Thanks to some awesome deals I was able to stretch that money even further. Dave got his new computer that had become more of a necessity than a want. His old one was FAR beyond any amount of help. But because of awesome sales not only did he get a new tower, he also got a spiffy new monitor as well. We both love it and his computer runs far better than this stupid laptop. I also have a HORRIBLE reputation with hand mixers. I can kill them without even touching them. So I finally decided it was time to get something other than the cheapest hand mixer in the store. Now I can love to bake even more! I also found an awesome deal on a camera. I had a 2 yr old kodak easy share. It worked still but had seen its days. It has been dropped, kicked, tossed around, chewed on by kids, had things spilled on it...we were LUCKY it still worked. So I decided it was time to upgrade to a new camera. It wasn't anything special or fancy. Just a newer Kodak easy share.
Out of our tax check we also got a dining table and a mini van. The table is a beast. It fits out needs and space but oh man, it was heavy. It really hurt my back, arms, and legs to carry it upstairs and then assemble it. I'm regretting that today. Unfortunatly since I hurt so bad I have pictures of neither. It made my back hurt even more trying to put carseats in the van today.
I had lots more I wanted to add, including some pictures, but I seem to have lost my train of thought and my camera cord. Both of which will surely reappear when I hit post.
